My mom went thru this. There are some you can take with it and some you can't. The reason why you can't take certain ones, is that the supplements actually protect the cancer cells from the chemo. but not all do according to those knowledgable about supplements!! Find a reputable doctor who uses supplements and you'll get plenty of answers!! Ther is one in NY, by the NJ border. I forget the name of the town, but it is a large and good place with an MD!! It's off NY Thruway, the first exit when you get on it from Rt. 287.
