I think the question your really asking is "is the baby someone else's"? Hopefully you know your wife better than anyone!!! I hope you find trust and comfort in that! I hope you work through your questions without destroying a deep and lasting love relationship!!! You would find out soon enough if the child is yours. Blood tests when the baby is born with prove that it is or is not yours. IF it is NOT your wife will most likely show some signs of guilt or having another relationship... Otherwise, try to get on with your life, love and marriage...You have a new baby to prepare for and your WIFE needs you!!! Oh...you could also go get your sperm checked... see if anything viable is coming out of there. Stats don't mean anything. It's what is coming out of YOU that counts in this situation!!! Good Luck!!!
