My husband has lichen planus and the only thing that helps him is predsone.he also has a very bad yeast infection all over his body and on the public bone . he has a leak in the blatter from a cancer treatment he had scrapped. he is in the process of getting all this fixed we hope. his lichen plantis is taking all of his skin off his hands and under feet .the predsone only helps for a little while . is there any thing else we can do
