Yes do mention sinuses. My son who is 5 is scheduled to get his tonsils and adenoids removed in April. His tonsils were enlarged, snoring, runny nose, coughing. His ENT put him on an antibiotic, Zyrtec, and Flonase. It helped with his runny nose and coughing but his tonsils are still huge. But yes, it would not hurt to ask.
