Hi: I too have had several facial cysts. Two of them have had to be surgically removed. The latest one I have now was the size of the bottom of a can of coke. With antibiotics it is now the size of a lima bean. I know it is a drag to be on antibiotics so frequently, but, be very, very careful if you choose accutane. It is a horrendously strong drug with some very serious potential side effects. Your message did not say how old you are, but I strongly suggest NOT taking accutane if you may want to have children. I took two cycles of accutane and was off of it for several years and became pregnant and miscarried both times. I have no proof, just my gut that tells me accutane is to blame for it. Do ALOT of research about accutane and find yourself a good dermatologist who can explain to pros and cons to you. I wish you luck, and I sympathize with what you go through with the facial cysts.
