My son sustained nerve damage from a gun shot wound. He was on this med, but it made him ill and did not help at all with the nerve pain. He tried another med, but it did not help. However, a friend of mine had knee surgery and has pain. This med works great for him. Give it some time to work. If the pain is not decreased, you should probably insist that your doctor prescribe another med.Good luck! Should you find something that helps, I would greatly appreciate knowing what it is. Perhaps it would help my son.
