Right now I am having the pain you are having which radiates to my back also. I had this 5 years ago and Sometimes its from the water. Water can have what they call is CRIPTO Actually its a long word but short that is what is called. Its a virus or bacteria that you can get from drinking water. Its very hard to diagnose. Also especially if your immune system is low. I wrote to CDC in Atlanta and they sent me info on this. Its a goverment agency. Before eating I am taking Gas x or phasem But watch for how many you can take a day. Also with meal;s I am boiling Dried Mint and very thin slice of lemon for 3 min. Making a cup of tea like and drinking throughout the day. Add some sugar too. Which helps my pain go away. Like this it took me last time almost 8-10 months to get better.
