Have you tried finding another MD? Telling someone their pain is all in their head is demeaning & unprofessional. Don't forget, your physician works for you - not the other way around - meaning they can be fired. Maybe another physician will be more sympathetic to your situation, believe you, and even find the cause. Good luck!
