Aspergilliosis does not cause lung cancer or any other form of cancer that I know of. It is a fungus. The best drug that I know for Aspergilliosis (Aspergillus) is voriconazole. I believe it was approved by the FDA last Fall 2001. It is important to take it in a strong enough amount so that the MIC levels show that it is able to kill the fungi. Keep in mind the cancer is a separate problem. I hope he gets cured of both.
