My Mom had her right ovary and tube removed and after that my sister and I were born. I also had my left ovary and tube removed and became pregnant twice also, so there definately is proof that you can get pregnant with one ovary. If I may add a little humor, it is not the ovary that makes you pregnant. maybe your husband should have a sperm count done. Just a suggestion and none of my business.
