I would recommend you see a certified hand therapist. I have treated a ton of CTS patients over 30 years and yes some get better. Other don't. Some can trol their symptoms to tolerable while others have surgery. If you have tried all the options including being treated by a certified hand therapist, then you just have to decide if you want to live with it or not. However, one thing I can tell you for sure. If you do decide to have surgery, the longer you have had the problem, the less likely you are to get back to "normal".
