Hi Deb, There are different ways to help with sugar cravings. Also, a change in diet should definitely help with your M.S. Try to keep your sugar intake to a minimal, along with white flour,and preservatives Basically try to eat as natural and whole unprocessed raw foods as possible. Example eat raw vegetables instead of cooked. Or steam them or lightly sautee them. Try to cook them as little as possible. Eat an orange inestead of drinking orange juice from a carton. If you have a juicer that really helps too. If this seems like alot at once then just start out slowly. I swear by Shaklee supplements!
