My sister, breaks out in red streaks over her body. The welts are red, hot, and itch. she takes Benadryl which helps. Her doctors say her blood gets "hot" and her whole body looks like there is blood under her skin. Her face has the racoon look, with purple circles around her eyes and her neck skin peels. No one seems to know what causes this. She is weak and needs to find an answer. this has been going on for four years, constantly. Even taking the antihistamine, she still breaks out. Has anyone heard of this condition??? Please Help.
