My white cell count is 3.41,neutrophils are 1.28?? How bad is this. My doctor is not that concerned[I am] I sleep very badly does this affect the problem. Also does valium aggravate the problem, as I sometimes take them out of desperation. Picked up on routine blood test last November, 2nd test Feb still showing it's low. Being tested for virus awaiting results, get very bad coughs. Please help as my Doctor not too interested. Thanks
