I have the same exact thing. Have had a pelvic sonogram and was told the cysts are normal. At what point do I get concerned that they are not normal? There is a cluster of cancer at my highschool (I'm now 34) and this concerns me. My OB told me to take Aleive at the first pain. This does relieve the discomfort and pain. She said to be sure to take it at the first sign of pain. Diana
