My boyfriend always has stomach problems. Many times after he eats his stomach hurts. He always has a lot of gas in his stomach and it often blows up very big. On the lower left side of his stomach, below his navel, there is a lump..when he presses on the lump it hurts very badly and he can even feel it in his lower back. Of course he does not have this on the right side. I don't know what it is and he doesn't want to go to the doctor. please help
