Hi Mike, have you tried Zanaflex or MsContin? Zanaflex helps if you get muscle spasms, etc. MsContin is a morphine in a pill but does come in many doses, I have a very bad back and legs problem, always feels like someone is stabbing me constently with a knife and so on. Those 2 meds really help me with the pain. Hope that this helps you, take care
