I have posted a reply in this section earlier. I might make one more suggestion(you might check back in the first reply I made). In addition, I take an enzyme prescription called Ultrase MT12. Many people, usually due to aging (I have known younger people to have this condition too, however), don't produce enough enzymes to digest their food properly.When food is cooked or processed, all its enzymes are destroyed. Thus, we need to supplement our diets with the proper enzymes we are missing. You might ask your doctor about this. I know just exactly what you're going through and it's just a nightmare. But with all the things I do as mention in my first reply and taking this enzyme I mentioned, I can control it much better.
