I also have vitiligo, have had for many years. It is a lack of pigment, therefore her discloration should be white patches. To my knowledge, there is nothing that can be done, although, I had read long time ago, that there was somekind of treatment that one coud undergo, but I really don't remember what it was. Sorry.
