I have a CPAP machine and I too was waking up bloated with air. My doctor adjusted the air flow to a lesser amount and that helped a great deal. Also may want to make sure that you are not 'mouth' breathing. I think there are different solutions to making sure you keep your mouth shut. : ) Good luck
