I have extreme joint pain from Cushings syndrome and the steroids that i am on. If you arent on steroids, are there any other symptoms that you have? Also, have you been testing for arthritis? Moreover, it could be Fibromyalgia Syndrome, which is often a diagnoses women get, until they find something in the future that becomes the real culprit. All you need is a UFC (urinary free cortisol) test taken as directed and refrigerated to see if your cortisol levels are high, which suggest cushings. Give me more info i will see if i can help you.
