Hi, I am wondering if anybody out there has information regarding research taking place that RESTORES sever vision loss due to retinopathy. My retinologist cannot offer an explanation as to why my already poor vision (I've had extensive retinipathy treatment in the past)has decreased even more over the past two years. He says my eyes look fine - no sign of further retinopathy - but I have gone from 20/80 vision to 20/400 in 24 months. I'd like to know if this can be explained or any advice on who I might see - I'm willing to travel. Thanks for any help!!
