I'm writing this message again because I'm unsure if my first one was posted. I couldn't find it! Forgive me if I'm repeating myself. I received a phone call from my doctors office that my thyroid was low. I got on here and looked up all kinds of things pertaining to hypothyroidism, and found the levels of TSH. I called my doc back to ask them my level from the lab results and the nurse told me it was 8.75. Does this mean I have hypothyroidism? If so, what steps do I take i.e., pain med, etc. I'm going back next month, he doesn't seem to feel it's important to go any sooner, and I was also wondering if that's appropriate also. Please help! I have 3 little boys, and I am very grouchy to them, and have emotional swings like crazy! Am I crazy, or is this normal for this problem? HELP!!!
