I disagree with one of the previous posters concerning NO LINK between diet and acne. When I got acne as a teenager it didn't take long to notice you get more zits with ceartain foods (like candy, peanut butter, chocalate cake, ice cream, etc.). Many doctors for some reason just don't get it!! Even now as an adult I still get acne if I eat too much of the above (really anything with lots of sugar). Stick with the vitamins, (vitamin E is great), and the exercise, and the diet watching (plenty of meats, vegetables, some fruits), and plenty of good, old, American water (cut out the POP!!).
