I would try to get out into the sun a little more. This will dry out your skin a tad, alleviating part of the problem. You've got to cut out things like peanut butter, ice cream, candy, etc. Try to eat plenty of meat, vegetables, etc. Exercise in a gym if you can to alleviate stress, otherwise try running, brisk walking, etc. Clean your face with soap and water at least twice a day. Go back to your dermatologist for additional treatment. Make sure you take a muti-vitamin at least twice a day. Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep a day to help your body combat the acne.
