Hi Denise, thank-you for your support.One of the most difficult things I find is that I cannot work and I was a nurse before,Ihad food allergies too. So Iam careful about what I eat.Also the presence of an ulcer thanks to taking so much prednisone early on.I feel that Iam stable at the moment And keep moving and exercisingI must constinue walking with a walker outside as necessary Hope to hear from you again soon.Leslir
