I have had canker sores in my mouth for all my life so I can sympathize. I have found that if you get from the drug store the drug used to rub on babys gums when they are teething , it numbs but ive also found it heals them quicker. Id tell you the name but my mind just went blank. There's no cure for that Im sure. Good Luck
