i've had psoriasis for over 15 years, down both legs, elbows& arms and face..i now do NOT have even a sign of the skin disorder..it is stress related, i quit my job this past march and my arms were covered, it is now october and don't have a trace!10 years ago i was covered arms and legs, i divorced my husband and started drinking filtered water and i cleared up again, for about a year and then started breaking out again and up until last march kept patches on my arms..i now have absolutely none. the only thing that has changed in my life is my work and my water...before last march i always had high stress jobs and drank well water now i no longer work out of the home and my water is city water that has chorine in it. hope this helps. tanning beds only helped dim the psoriasis for me.
