I also suffer from fibromyalgia and experienced the same symptoms. The aching went away with chiropractic adjustments and treatment, also hot baths with epsom salt. I also take 1000 mgs of calcium with magnesium and vit D every night with 2 caps of flax seed oil. I also take a multi-vitamin. We need those supplements to help the muscles and the aching in the body. Potasium is also very important to help with those symptoms. Praying every day for God to fill me with strength, power, and healing also helps me tremendously. I take Deseryl at night to sleep, but only 12.5 mgs is all I need. I take 20 mgs of Celexa every night with my dinner. It took me a whole year to up the dose from 10 mgs to 20 mgs, as the higher dose gave me more energy and I felt better, but I got headaches with it. Now I am side-effect and headache-free by doing it gradually. Mind, Body, Spirit are the key to healing and feeling better. Train your mind to think positively about your body. Instead of telling yourself that you are so tired and you hurt so bad. Just say to yourself, I am so glad to be home, I am so glad that I can rest at this time. Keep asking God to help you get better and be sure to be grateful for being able to walk, talk, see, breathe and have a roof over your head and food to eat.
