I've been suffering from chronice insomnia for about 3 years - I've tried everything from herbs to sleeping pills, yoga, accupuncture, meditation and changed my diet with little relief. About 2 weeks a go I started seeing a chiropractor and I've noticed some change. Altho I don't sleep through the night, I'm feeling a lot more rested. I hope this helps someone else out there who's suffering from this problem. I'll keep you posted.
