I've developed terrible insomnia - can't get to sleep, or fall asleep within 1/2 an hour but wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep or I wake up too early. I've tried herbs, sleeping pills. accupuncture, yoga & meditation, changed my diet and now considering a chiropractor. My stepdaughter died approximately 2 years a go and I know that along with other stress factors have contributed to my problem. But I can't seem to get out of the rut. I'm tired all the time. Any ideas? Anyone?
