I'm a 26 yr old male. 5'10" 275 and thought I was in perfect health untill about 3 months ago when I had severe chest pains that moved to my back, I went straight to the e.r. and only recieved a 1,000.00 bill. about 1 1/2 months later I was at work and entered a bp of 124/90 within 5 mins I shot up to 142/96 and began having massive chest pains that were 10x worse then the first time. These shot to my back and down my right arm. With-in two days I have had tingling in my right arm, back, and worse of all my right hand. Does this mean I have side-effects of a stroke.I'm scared to go to the Dr. and am looking for some not so dr-ish thoughts. I hope someone come help me.
