Constant Infection of nose

Flaminia Zeman

Message 2 of 3 Previous Next

I worked with someone who said she kept getting really bad seasonal allergy infections and losing teeth, due to the roots being near the sinus cavities. She started using bee pollen with propolis, (a part of the bee hive that is very antiseptic which bees make from propolis tree and other tree - bark). It's been much better. My son used to get really awful sinus infections and I would boil water add golden seal bark and a pinch of salt, let it cool a bit and then I would put a towel on a pillow on the couch, have him lie down with some paper towels in his hand and I would pour drops with an eye dropper in each nostril until his nostrils were full. He would keep it in as long as he could and then blow it out. American Indians used golden seal for infected arrow wounds, and a saline solution (salt and water is a great cleanser. Also cut down on dairy, drink lots of water to thin out your nasal secretions, take vitamin C and a multi mineral vitamin. Build your health and your immune system up. Walk as far as you can and build it up to as much as you can. Laugh!!!! My sinuses have gotten so infected with allergies at times that my whole face, cheekbones and eyes hurt and I would get a big sort of cold sore on the roof of my mouth. When I keep up with walking and vitamins and sleep, (which is when your immune system goes to work), I feel a lot better. Stress management is important too. Stress can really wear down your immune responses. Read up on it. Expect to beat this! The body's natural inclination is to self heal if you set up all the appropriate conditions for it you often can win the health game Good luck!
