I have a benign congenital heart murmur and so did my mother. She had 2 healthy children and I have 2 healthy daughters, now 29 & 33! I never had any problems during either pregnancy with my heart. I swam, walked a lot, cleaned house, etc., no problems. The only problem I have ever had with it is that it shows up on pre-op cardiograms and I have to go through complete heart scans, tests, etc., only to be told that it's benign and no problem and go ahead and have the surgery!There are different degrees of murmurs--hope yours is benign also.
