You will get over it with time, sorry, it takes years, but trust me you will get over it. You are right, very few people understand or care. You are not crazy or lazy, you are sick. But you will get well. I found no helpful doctors, I even went to the Mayo Clinic. They gave me Prozac! ( I didn't take it, it made me even more tired) My big problem was FUO, fever of unknown orgin, of 103 for a week at a time. I was hospitalized once for this, and the doctor put my dx as depression. Don't let the doctors and uncaring people get you down. Hang tough! It will pass with time, and you will feel well again!
