i have had post nasal drip for at least two years and tried all kinds of remedies and nothing worked. finally had complete allergy tests and found out i was allergic to cats, dogs, grass, dust, mallaluca trees , etc. i am on weekly allergy shots, allegra, astelin and nasacrom and it seems to be working, the allergist told me that post nasal drip is one of the hardest things to get rid of. once he ruled out acid reflux and started me on shots the results was quick. good luck.
