For the migranes look at the foods you eat notice when you get a migraine and what you ate last, then stop eating it for awhile then rotate eating it. Meat is a real problem for me so I only eat it up when I know I will not have a reaction. No chocolate that gives real good migraines. Do acupressure on potent points. A good book on that is by Michael Reed Gach, has self care treatments. Good Luck and learn to pray for healing.
