As I posted before, you seem to need a drastic change of the foods you are eating. Remember,what you put into your body determines your health, Compare your body to a car. Using cheaper gas will make your car breakdown faster than if you used the top grade. You need to eat more vegetables, less meat, less dairy products, no milk, cheese, etc.,drink lots of water to flush out impurities, try some Japanese foods such as soy milk, tofu and shiitake mushrooms in your cooking, get Japanese cookbook and try some dishes. Japanese are the longest lived people and the women have much less breast cancer, less menopause problems, hardly have arthritis,(they eat lots of soy products) Buy some green tea, they come in teabags,not the dark roasted and have 2 cups daily. Learn how to make miso soup, have a bowl every morning. You have to make a commitment to change your foods, if you don't, expect to have the problems you describe. Go to bookstore and buy the books by a Japanese man named Michio Kushi, he is the father of the macrobiotic movement in America, he has written several books on healthy eating and has recipes in the books. Also, try drinking lots of CRANBERRY JUICE, research has shown it cleanses the urinary system of bacteria.Do it now for the sake of your family.
