You might try massaging your stomach in a counter clock-wise motion. I have Crohns and when my stomach is bloated if I massage it not only helps the pain but also the bloating. Start with small areas using one or both hands and massage until you feel that area relax and then move to a new area. This was actually recommended to me by a doctor. Give it a try, it can't hurt.
