Just a few suggestions: bloating and gas can be caused by undigested putrified food which causes leaky gut. Food sensitivity can also cause gas and bloating--try an elimination diet. I have talked to people who can eat only 5 or 6 foods but do well when they stay on their diet. Identifying the offending foods isn't an easy process but it can be done. Drugs, coffee, nicotine can be major offenders. Candida can also be a problem. Educate yourself on these conditions. There are a lot of good books and the internet offers lots of information.
