I can relate because I've always had hypoglycemia. and I learned that diet is everything in ones health and to stop your szs you need to start eating small meals through the day like a piece of fruit if your to busy to eat a regular meal and didnt get your breakfast or lunch you need to learn to make time for your health=eating as I have. and your good health will then come with it!
