you might simply try another BC pill. They come in different doses and some don't have the migraine problems that others do. Some of the lower estrogen pills are better for those of us that suffer migraines. I had good luck with Loestrin Fe. Micrette and Micronor are other choices as is Norethidrone which is a progesterone only pill. Other than that...no "natural" anything will get rid of cysts. changes in diet can sometimes help, but...
