I have been getting acne which turns into skin infections that i have to take antibiotics for. My dermatologist has given me topical erythromycin but it does not seem to be preventing or stopping these infections. Does anyone have any advice for alternative remedies. In the past 4-6 months, I cannot count how many times I have been on antibiotics and it is very frustrating (not to mention painful and annoying).
