i recently found out that i have chlamdia and my partner swears to me that he has not been with another intimately and i know for a fact that i haven't either. i know that i have always produced extra bateria and was put on antibiotics for it in the past. Can me having extra bacteria and being with multiple partners in my past cause me to have came postive with this infection?
