Have blood drawn for parvovirus. It may be coxsackie virus; better know as hand foot mouth disease. If your tongue, roof of mouth, and throat hurt; it could be that. also if you palms of your feet and hands become sensitive it is almost definitely that. No much you can do except rest and treat the symptoms with some anti-inflammortory medication like vioox and a relaxer just to reduce ones stress level. Good Luck
