I have had pain in my left side and in my back,including my ribcage.There has been some pain in right,but not as bad. Have had this for 2+ months now.There is some foamy urine--not present everyday and varies in amount when it is there.Looks like soap suds. It seems to disappear completely when on anti-inflammatories or antibiotics. Sometimes I have muscle weakness/pain that seems to be caused by or worsens when taking these kinds of meds.Ulcer meds(zantac) do not seem to do well either. Drinking large volumes of water tends to lessen the pain and weakness. My dr sid the bloodwork shows some signs of infection and I have an elevated alkaline phosphatase level as well. Also showed borderline positive for Lyme, Epstein Barr virus, and for a sluggish thyroid.He is not sure what the problem is even though last week he told me he thought my kidneys were not functioning right.(I am also retaining some water). I am worried that I have a kidney infection and that they are in the very early stages of failure. Anybody have any ideas or comments? If more specific info is needed, let me know.
