I have had symptoms for the past 4 years or so where I have had various swelling episodes and pain over different parts of the body. Although diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica rather than Fibromyalgia, I was first tested for Lyme Disease. My PMR diagnosis is not solid. Lupus has also been suspected, but I had blamed the incident on bite after having been on a camping outing and experiencing a lot of hair loss. I am interested in reading other postings to your message.
