I also have arthritis of the spine and a slight curvature. What I have been doing for the last eight months is a water therapy program. I go to the pool two times a week and exercise. The program is run by a group of physical therapists. Contact the therapists in your area and some colleges have them. It is definitely worth checking into. It has helped me alot. My range of motion is alot better now, and I have much less pain now.
