I too have fybrocystic breast disease. I just read a story on that on 5/10/01 in reference to a new drug trial for that. They say it is due to a lack of iodine which I believe because I am allergic to iodine so I try to avoid it whenever possible. My doctor told me to take Vitamin E capsules, which I do faithfully every night. It has made a big difference. It still bothers me occasionally but nothing like it did before the Vitamin E. You should give it a try. Good luck!
