My son is 2 1/2 yrs old. He started having seizures at 8 1/2 months. At first, he would blink rapidly, his eyes would roll up and to the side, and he would sleep more than normal. He was put on Phenobarbital- but they have never recorded any abnormal brain waves on an EEG. His CT scan, and MRI are normal also. When they took him off the Penobarb., he started having tremors, and still has them even though he is on Tegretol. We just had a new EEG done, and nothing showed up. Has anyone else ever experienced this, and what did you do about it. They know something is wrong because he has a severe speech delay. PS if anyone with shaken baby syndrome had any of these effects, please let me know.!!!! thanks
